The usual great friendly service from the Newman and Reidy team. Can not be faulted

Seb at service booking and of course James previously have always been brilliant. Car collected and dropped and all work done with zero hassle and at extremely reasonable prices too. On other occasions when I’ve come there in person, the waiting area on top is lovely.

Always keen to understand any problems without appearing to be cynical. Will identify deals that might be of interest.

Overall a good experience, the only disappointing thing was when I picked the car up the fuel light was on and it cost me £63.00 to fill it up. I know I,m buying the car and not the fuel in it but this did knock the shine off the experience. Having said that we've just come back from a tour of Cumbria and the Lake District and the XV performed brilliantly with an an average of 39.8 m.p.g. which I think is good for this type of car. We're really happy we bought it.

Car booked in easily and repairs carried out efficiently, staff courteous and waiting area comfortable. Horrified by the price of my new front headlight but was made aware of this at the time of ordering so price was as expected

This is my go to garage. The staff are always very friendly and the work always done to a very high standard. Nothing is to much trouble and they will always try to accommodate my requests.

Yippee...I'm out of Hostpital now...but the wife has been driving the car and likes it very much...I am not aloud to drive yet but being chauffeured by the wife (Jackie) is just as good.

Newman & Reidy provide a reliable service and maintain the cars they supply to a good standard. Subaru cars deserve Subaru quality after care.

My car was in for its annual service and it’s first MOT, which was carried out perfectly fine and the MOT was free of charge which was excellent for my wallet so on the whole a good day for me but there is always a but and this is those two buts, the courtesy car was a joke, I know we laughed about it, a 2006 Skoda Fabia that looked like it had escaped from a scrap yard, I know you shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth but really!! and finally the yearly free sat nav update for the first three years, the first year Covid-19 got in the way the second year the head unit had meltdown when trying to update it and had to be replaced under warranty so was not sure wheather to mention it as it was going to be the last time I would get a freebie and thought I would keep quiet and see if it would be mentioned by the service staff but it was not mentioned so a little disappointed but at least the head unit is still in one piece

Alwats welcoming anfd technically competent. Gave me good asdvice about holding on top my car at the end of a lease when their interest would have been for me to trade in and take out a new lease

I feel completely comfortable dealing with NR James Marcus and all the staff are helpful, kind and extremely professional. You ate not pressurised in any way, they always remember you and go out their way to accommodate you...Best garage ever!

I was able have my car serviced whilst I waited as quite a distance to travel.Sat upstairs ,plenty of magazines and even a TV to occupy me.Pleased that minor jobs were also done like washer bottle refilled without meaning to request.

The service was carried out promptly & efficiently. The Service Manager was very friendly & helpful. It would have been nice to be advised when I booked the service of the price.

Marcus was good with all the information about the E Boxer that i was buying and Newman & Reidy Northampton the company that i bought from could not have been more helpfully The E Boxer is a very comfortable car and i am very happy with it and i make sure the car that i bay will be another Subaru hopefully electric next time Regards T.
